1. Acceptance
These terms govern the relationship between Infinity Sun Skills LLC and any person or entity requesting information or engaging our consulting services.
2. Services
We provide personal growth and skills-development services, including:
- Discipline, habits, and focus programs.
- Communication and leadership training.
- Resilience and team-performance consulting.
- Workshops and organizational support.
Final scope, deliverables, and timing are defined in each proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
3. Engagement process
- Initial request and diagnostic call.
- Proposal with scope, timeline, and fees.
- Formal acceptance and kickoff.
- Execution and reviews according to the agreed plan.
4. Fees and payments
- Amounts and due dates are defined in each proposal or agreement.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the stated timeline.
- We may pause services in case of relevant delay or non-payment.
- Applicable taxes are charged according to current regulation.
5. Intellectual property
Our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain the property of Infinity Sun Skills LLC. Clients receive internal-use rights to deliverables as agreed and after payment completion.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information shared during the professional relationship, except where legally required or explicitly authorized.
7. Responsibility
Our services are consultative and educational. Outcomes depend on client implementation and external factors. We do not guarantee exact personal, professional, or financial results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Sun Skills LLC aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate the relationship according to agreed written conditions. Services already performed remain payable.
10. Website usage
Unlawful activity, technical attacks, spam, or unauthorized use of protected content is not permitted.
11. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under applicable law of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in local jurisdictions.
